- Marketing/Field Connection
. Develop relationships with leaders (sales, ops, ...)
. Address issues related to offerings, competitiveness, strategy
. Liase with functions on strategy and tactics & provide region-specific market intelligence and feedback
- Execution of STRAP initiatives within the region
- Client support for RGM and leadership team
- Achieve orders, margin, service and expenditure targets.

- B.A/B.S + MBA must
- 10+ years of marketing experience
- Business/industry knowledge (about 3 years experience in building automation, IT solutions and service based business)
- Field marketing management and strategy development (strategy development preferred)
- Experience in large business organizations with matrix management structure
- Fluent English , Excellent presentation skills
