Risk Selection Set Up [핵심]
-Assist Underwriting Manager with analyzing risk and underwriting all new Korea Consumer products including review of coverage scope, setting up sound risk selection criteria and sales and referral underwriting standards
-Provide medical underwriting expertise in product design and risk selection criteria
-Provide medical and underwriting training to distribution channels and production underwriters

Operational & Regulatory Function for UW [핵심]
-Ensure operational process of risk selection activities in the department is up to date and in line with the latest regulations and laws
-Provide application forms, regulatory voice recording scripts, quotation forms and product documents as required by local regulations and laws and scope of internal product approval
-Ensure system update to service required risk selection activities in the team; serve as the liaison contact point for IT and Operations implementation and support. Responsible for co

-Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in Consumer insurance industry
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in underwriting
-Knowledge of medical underwriting a substantial advantage
-Knowledge of underwriting concepts, practices, and procedures

Technical Skills and Expertise
-Preferred minimum of 5+ years of technical underwriting experience with accident, health and/or life insurance products
-Strong analytical skills
-Medical underwriting experience preferred
-Sound understanding of the business processes
-Aware of legal and regulatory requirements
-Knowledge of market segmentation and multiple distribution channels
-Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
-Basic English proficiency a plus

-Strong execution and results orientation
-Strong communication (oral and written) and influencing skills and proven ability to collaborate and work across multiple areas of the organization
