KEY MISSIONS
•Manage & develop Key Account across several regions & coordinate them through the leadership of accounts managers based in regions throughout the world
•Achieve KPI objectives (sales, gross profit etc.) according to global marketing & pricing strategy, as well as commercial guidelines
•Develop high level relationship necessary to deliver these annual/quarter financial targets for the account(s) while sustainably growing the business in line with the GBU Roadmap
•Drive innovation and facilitate product launches

•Define and/or deploy the Marketing and Sales strategy
•Define and/or deploy the commercial plans, programs and activities
•Manage customers
•Manage pricing and contracts
•Lead transversal teams
•Manage projects and innovation
경력 및 자격요건
1.Expertise/Experienses:
•Min. 15 years of experience in a commerciall role, especially on Key account management
•Good knowledge of Product & Application (especially in Polymer based chemicals)
•Business understanding of engineering polymers in application for Electric/Electronics
•Harmonization of team under tough working environment (virtual leadership/global team)
•Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands
•Good communication in English
•Ability to visualize development progress & prioritize to manage multiple developments.
•Strong executive presence and excellent communications skills
•Strong organizational and project management skills
•High energy, result driven and enthusiastic and able to develop and motivate teams to achieve commercial excellence
2.Education & Qualification:
•Majored in Chemistry or Business (master degree is a plus)
