[GENERAL DESCRIPTION]
The Service Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all sales and service activities. Establishes strategies and plans to expand
products and service activities, Building up the service business means driving new core products into legacy and aftermarket equipment . Identifying overhaul customer business. Provide technical solution to customers by coordinating with Product Management and Application Engineering Teams. Managing projects & coordinating with various departments.
[Tasks]
-.Drive sales activities of company core products and aftermarket into service end user market
-.Build up solid technical support capability to build strong customer relationships
-.Offer technical solutions for end user for improved compressor operation
-.Take advantage of energy savings and environmentally friendly (no emissions) policies/applications
-.Make a proposal for compressor components upgrade & revamp
경력 및 자격요건
[WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS]
-.At least 5-10 years compression machinery sales & service experience in refinery & petrochemical industry.
-.Sales planning for short and mid-long term results
-.Service planning for short and mid-long term results
-.Proactive and goal oriented attitude
-.Mid-high MS-office handling skills and good business presentation skill

[Education Requirements]
-.at least BA degree in Mechanical and/or Process Engineering
-.fluent technical/business English communication
-.Japanese communication (preferable)

-.Strong business acumen and aggressive to grow net sales
-.Must be willing to travel to site for meeting with customers/prospects as and when required.
