1) Organization & Process Management
- Define Vision and Strategy of Finance Division.
- Set up the objectives of Finance Division in line with legal, HQ and brands requirements, coupled with detailed action plan to achieve these objectives
- Develop and update department / accounting policies and procedures to suit company development
2) Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Oversee the preparation of daily, monthly, annual and ad hoc financial statements and reports for filing purpose
- Co-ordinate the annual audit. Ensures the accounting records and reports are in compliance with GAAP (external), IAS (internal) and government regulations
- Provide useful and informative reports and data to the management
3) Corporate, Treasury and Tax
4) Streamline Accounting Process / System
경력 및 자격요건
- 10 Years of experience and at least 5 years in management position in related field or in(부장~이사)
- Work experience in Consumer, Luxury and fashion. etc. is plus
- University degree in Accounting or Business
- Other qualification CPA or other related finance / accounting certificate holder
- Knowledge in International Accounting Standard
- Strong Excel & Power-point skill
- Fluent English communication skill
