1.Assist in the development, design and execution of corporate HR programs, projects and systems.
2.Provide insight on business problems while challenging and influencing the business and acting as a thought partner on business issues involving human capital.
3.Support business leaders in clarifying roles, working on job descriptions and evaluations.
4.Lead or contribute to change management activities associated with organizational/directional changes
1. Develop relationships with assigned group of business leaders and employees.
2. Manage employee relations and labor strategy to ensure a positive and performance based working environment.
3. Manage talent acquisition process for assigned business segment consistently with management expectations and in compliance with HQ policy.
4. Partner with the Shared Services Center to address any payroll or benefits issues of employees or management in assigned business segment.
5. Provide coaching on performance management, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, progressive discipline and HR best practices.
6. Contribute to the communication strategy for the assigned facilities
7. Provide the perspective of the assigned operations into the overall global HR strategy.
8. Deliver training programs and on-boarding orientations as needed
9. Lead or participate in various global HR initiatives, partnering with the HR Center of Excellence and Shared Services.
10. Participate in preparing data for HR reporting and compliance activities
경력 및 자격요건
1.8+ years of human resource experience
2.3+ years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or HR Generalist. (Preferred)
3.Strong customer service orientation and influencing skills (English & Korean)
4.Excellent verbal and written communication
5.Experienced project management skills and ability to work efficiently and multi-task in a high volume, results oriented environment
6.Impeccable organizational skills with high attention to details, tact, diplomacy, mature judgment and creative problem solving
7.Strong analytical skills
8.Demonstrated success working in a highly collaborative, matrix environment
