•Deployment of Business Developemt Commercial activities at Key & Potential customers
•Develop and manage customers in China as well as Korea and other countries market(if necessary)
•New application developments at the targeted customers
•Monitor competitors’ actions and ensure competitive offering
•Provide regularly market information to business director and R&D team. Maintain an updated knowledge of the customers and competitors within assigned perimeter
•Support and facilitate product launches at the targeted customers together with other relevant functions
•Require R&D development activities and experience at the lab such as ink formulation and device
•Good technical service based on R&D activities and technical experience

•Master or Bachelor degree and equivalent more than 3 years of experience in one of the above professions, operations and technical service & business development
•Good speaking & writting Chinese skill
•Good knowledge of OLED materials & application
•Harmonization of team under tough working environment
•Ability to demonstrate technical marketing skills, strategic sales boosting plan and motivate potential Customers etc.
•High energy, result driving and enthusiasm and able to develop and motivate teams to achieve commercial excellence
