1) Sales management
- Encourage Counter manager to achieve sales target.
- Research competitor’s promotion activity & sales trend and report
- Ensure our store promotion plan execution
- Announce the brand decision to the field.
- Report the sales result & trend to Management
- Ensure counter POS operation & maintenance
2. Relationship with retailer & Wholesales
- Develop the retailer relationship to get the cooperation of the business in store.
- Make sure store promotion activities and the store renovation schedule.
- Ensure advertising in store material like co-op DM, store brochure, etc.
3. Win in store
- Liaise with Sales & Training: to clarify Staffs priorities and deploy KPI to counter/ Staffs, target setting and ensure delivery on KPI
- Deliver Brand strategy and engage Staffs to share the vision

- 백화점 혹은 홀세일 영업 경력 3~6년(사원~대리급)
- 영어 가능자 우대
- 적극적이고, 추진력 있는 자
- Communication Skill 우수자
- 81년 이후 출생자
