- Manage the accurate daily sales update of all retail stores, all external customers,
and VG events uploaded by Retail Pro, SAP & SIS systems.
- Ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly closing (Planning & implementation for all process related to sales data update & stock issue update)
- Manage all kinds of relevant sales reports and analysis
- Control VG total stock level with its minimum stock according to all stores sales scale, physical scale, and supervise to redistribute over-stocked items and slow moving items to stores in need or external customers.
- Control all stock transfers and movements with proper process and company policy.
- Planning and management of all process for main warehouse stock taking once a year, communicating with PWC auditors and submit the reports to F&A manager and PWC auditors.
- Control weekly replenishment orders for all stores.
