- Define the retail merchandise strategy in conjunction with the Country Retail Director and Regional Retail Merchandising and in line with set company strategies.
- Build commercial product ranges and compelling story telling through products to deliver set results. Ensure the adoption and execution of key product- and brand initiatives to support regional and global brand strategies.
- With a Merchant mindset, enable the business to deliver on set financial targets through compelling product assortments and strong sell-through results, while building Brand equity and maintaining Brand relevance in the market.
경력 및 자격요건
- Minimum 6 years retail / merchandising experience in a fashion / branded retail environment with minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- Strong computer skills including MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential. Good English written/verbal skills required
- Bachelor Degree, preferably with business degree
