1. Manage maintenance team as maintenance manager and deliver the Maintenance
operational performance (HSE, investment project, productivity, quality, cost, etc.)
2. Lead ME activities as change leader and deliver result set by GBU.

* Over 12 years’ experience of maintenance field (INEL) including over 5 years of managing
maintenance team as manager.
* University degree or equivalent standard of education is essential with the major in electrical
engineering.
* Experience of leading or participating in projects of manufacturing excellence programs.
* Experience of leading projects – Modification or capacity increase of production process.
* Good oral and written English skill.
* Behavior competency - Good communication & collaboration, and high responsibility.
