• Work closely with Industry Marketing team to understand market trend in display and optical films industry including liquid-crystal display, electrophoretic display and active-matrix organic light-emitting diode display
• Develop deep knowledge on product offerings and technology competencies within Plastics business as well as the technology trend in materials industry.
• Define a technical strategy for display segment based on customer inputs and emerging market needs, in close collaboration with Marketing partners
• Create and manage technical programs from start to commercialization in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
• Identify, evaluate and develop external relationships with strategic partners
• Provide technical leadership to build intellectual property framework for key applications in display industry

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Optoelectronics, Solid State Physics, Optics, Electronics System, Polymer Science, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent degree
• Min 6 years’ experience in display, touch panel or lighting related industries. Preferably experience in design, product development, fabrication and testing of LCD modules, OLED or Quantum Dot devices.
• Experience in working effectively with cross-functional and global teams
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
