• The Lean Deployment Manager (LDM) will support Site Management to identify improvement opportunities that will enhance our company performance. The LDM will assist in driving performance improvement and in ensuring the business culture embraces the concept of Lean initiatives
• Assist in the Deployment of Lean activities for all operations & business processes
• Assist in measuring and tracking the results of the Lean Deployment’s business impact
• Support site and business unit management in identifying key improvement priorities to enhance performance in the eyes of all stakeholders
• Support site Lean Leaders in their Continuous Improvement activities, providing coaching, mentoring and training
• Facilitate key improvement activities and Kaizens to drive improvement in the manufacturing & business processes
• Work closely with the Leadership Team to introduce and sustain Lean Culture across the Site

[Education/Experience]
• Degree in Engineering, Technical or Business discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience of which 3 years are in management, Operations Management experience strongly preferred
• Thorough understanding of Lean & Six Sigma principles, Lean BlackBelt certification strongly preferred
•Experience with Policy Deployment (Hoshin Planning) preferred
•Experienced in successfully deploying Continuous Improvement programs (Lean and Six Sigma) in an operations environment
•Project Management and significant Kaizen Facilitation experience in a heavily matrixed environment
