- Understand AP retail marketing direction, plan and modify at territory level.
- Maintain premium consumer experience by product storytelling, service and experience in retail.
- Lead and plan seasonal category retail marketing strategy to drive brand and business success.
- 3rd party agency management in design work, quality check and executions.
- Understand and maintain the VMD standards, plan and execute in-store merchandising at retail
- Create and provide the seasonal retail marketing guide to product presentation staff and training staff to deliver seasonal brand marketing story effectively.
- Lead store interior process for the successful new door opening.
- Work closely with related functions
(Brand marketing, Sales, Merchandising) for the successful launch
of seasonal retail marketing initiatives.
- Conduct interior monitoring/audit

- Over 7 year-experience in retail, design or communication.
- High level of creativity, market insight, strategic thinking and leadership.
- Knowledge in fashion industry and passion for the brand.
- Frequent travel required in domestic and overseas.
- Fluent English communication - presentation,
documentation and teleconferencing.
