• Develop sourcing strategy for logistics services and Implement the procurement activities such as, researching market, evaluating suppliers, building contracts to optimize logistics cost and to make sure of the service objectives across SCM Korea.
- Develop/Standardize and maintain operational processes and relevant systems linked to the import/export activities. Import/Export control, license matters, HS classification, FTA accordance, relative documents.
- Develop right payment process of logistics cost and validate the services base on the contracts and initiate the process. Consideration of the Segregation of Duty.
- Develop and Implement sourcing strategy and process for logistics service across Korea. Work closely with logistics operation team and develop and maintain the key contacts of 3PL service providers for RFQ and bidding process. Understand and continuous monitor logistics service market, strategies, risks and opportunities in Korea.
경력 및 자격요건
• 5~10 years of progressive work experience in logistics, supply chain, sourcing and Export compliances.
• Proven experience in project management
• Export/Import compliance and regulatory intelligence
• Good Negotiation skill & Strong communication and coordination skills
• Problem solving, Trust and Integrity
• English communication
