• Sourcing & Procurement of 3rd party project buyout products and services for projects in various sectors/ verticals across all LOBs for Korea
• Leading Project Sourcing team to manage overall Procurement spend for external 3rd party buyout/ services and deliver metrics as per Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategy Deployment targets
• Drive Functional performance of the Korea Project & Services Sourcing team.
Key metric include early engagement, proposal win rate, productivity, working capital, eAuction, delivery and quality
• Engage global category management and develop sourcing strategies for key categories.
• Represent China sourcing in STRAP and related Global Sourcing & ISC planning, strategies, and initiatives
• Collaborate with global category management to identify and develop suppliers, establish contracts, cost models and price agreements.
• Provide pre-bid support for major bought outs
• Support APAC & Global team
경력 및 자격요건
• EPC 설비/자재 해외 구매/ 조달 경력 15~20 년미만
• 영어 능통자
• Oracle/ SAP 사용 능숙자
• 국내/외 EPC 업체 출신 선호
