- Setting up and administration of a Tenancy Delivery Process and Tenant fit out.
- Assist in the implementation of a construction cost accounting system.
- Coordination of monthly construction draw with Construction Management Company.
- Maintain and monitor an overall schedule with milestones.
- Manage and coordinate project consultants.
- Assist Development team for technical issues.
- VE management and quality & safety control.
- Insure the proper flow of communication to all members of the project team.
- Assist the Development Director with determining assumptions for the project pro forma and budget. Administer compliance with the adopted budget.
- Insure timely and accurate compilation of project reports for investors and senior management
- Maintain and enhance professional skills, abilities and relationships to enhance performance within the shopping center development industry.
경력 및 자격요건
- Minimum 10 years experience in retail development and construction. Construction project management experience is required.
- Understanding of all elements of construction from pre-site activities to defective rectification.
- Understanding and ability to review site safety, construction programming, recovery programming and tenancy delivery programming, change order requests and quality control.
- Skills in reviewing and interpreting construction drawings and documentation
- Good understanding of MEP services + authority approval procedures required within a retail fit out
- Good knowledge of retail design principles
- Experience in communicating with general contractors, sub-contractors, project consultants, and project team members.
- Architectural or Engineering background would be an asset.
- Ability to read and write fluently in English including technical writing.
