-At least Bachelor’s degree
-Minimum 5 years Compliance, Legal, or Internal Audit related experience in financial companies
-General knowledge of insurance business
-Good interpersonal communication and computer skills with MS Office
-Fluent in written and spoken English
-Available to travel domestically up to 25%
