- Ensure a standard model of store operations are in place that reflects local market needs and company standards.
- Provide input to store planning on new store layouts and cooperate in organizing retail operations for new store openings.
- Lead the store managers in building strong relationships with landlords to minimize operational issues.
- Manage all financial aspects of business operations, accounting and budgeting including:
* Sales against goals; track sales versus established standards
* Use of reporting tools (daily, weekly, monthly reports)
* Analyzing report data.

- Luxury industry experience 4~12 years.(대리~차장)
