- Design, development, release management and deployment of software solutions to the public sector.
- Front Office Team strongly needs to have senior developer who can review code and quality of product.
- To mitigate dependency on ITO, need to have well-experienced java developer on IT side.

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field strongly preferred. MBA or advanced degree is desirable.
- 6 to 9 years of experience in design, development, release management and deployment of software solutions to the public sector. Prior experience in working in regional, global teams preferred.
- Knowledge of Technology related business processes desirable. Flexibility and demonstrates Leadership at the Supervisor level, with particular strengths in Championing Change, Communicate Candidly, Achieves Results.
- Experience of regional/global project lead or membership in partnership with regional sourcing personnel, resources and implements regional and global technology initiatives locally including risk management.
- Communication Skill of articulating and visualizing Strategy and Presenting in front of high level stakeholders.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in fluent Korean and English
