·Min. 5yrs if store related franchisee related operational experience with responsibility and good understanding on P&L
·Managerial experience
·Min 5 yrs of working experience with international brand or luxury consumer brand
·Fluent in both written & verbal English
·Good understanding of market expansion via franchisee development.
