- To assist the overall claims in the Auto PD&OD & NAPL claim
- Receives claim assignments from team manager, and contacts customer for provision of service
- Conducts field investigations of claims assigned to him
- Inspect & adjust all of outside survey report including the estimate for repair
- Inform his/ her team manager of any claim he/ she has involving litigation, large exposure complaints to FSS, or other issues of interest
- Represents the policy holder's interests in third party claimants
- Prepares loss assessments and recommends payment amounts to his team manager
- Settles claims up to his limit of authority
- Assign outside survey by system after team manager’s approval when need to use outside survey
- Periodically reviews outstanding claim files assigned to him/ her, to ensur

관련 업무 최소 3년 이상
제3종 대물 손해사정사 자격증 필수
- Over 3 years experience in Auto – OD & PD claims.
- Secure adjuster license
- Fully understand policy words.
- Strategic negotiation sense and business analysis and decision making
- Strong negotiation skill to Korean and foreign client and claimant.
- Strong meditation skills between staff and manager
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- English & Korean both spoken and written
- Good relationship to industries and KART
