1. Manages warehouse WMS control
2. In consort with warehouse manager, leads warehouse rationalization project from time to time.
3. Introduces advanced system, tools, equipment, procedures,
processes and best practices for continuous warehouse operation improvement.
4. Manage inventory planning and control activities in warehouse.
5. Insure inventory record accuracy both in book and actual.
6. Coordinates and controls different activities of customer service
to ensure high level of customer satisfaction in line with business strategies.
7. Manages monthly temporary warehouse worker forecasting process.
8. Develops and manages warehouse operation KPIs.
9. Acts warehouse manager in case of warehouse manager absence
upon backup plan.
경력 및 자격요건
1. Over than 5 years experience in Logistics, Distribution, Warehousing or SCM.
2. Demonstrated knowledge of ERP(SAP) and WMS.
3. Experience in the use KPIs to monitor and drive performance.
4. English communication skills in both reading and speaking.
5. Effective management skills and leadership.
6. Strong project management experience and skills.
7. Strong analytic skills.
8. Ability to use personal computer and MS Office, Word, Excel, e-mail, internet
