- To lead all wholesale activities in the pursuit of becoming the ‘preferred partner’
- To support the development of the WHS strategy and subsequently lead the translation and implementation
- To recruit and build the local sales organization with respect to the AP Sales Org blueprint
- To forecast, track and report quantitative and qualitative performance on own and departmental KPIs i.e.
- To support the local senior management team in formulating and executing the local brand strategy

- 10+ years in Sales / Retail
- Experienced in Sport, FMCG, Consulting
- 6+ years in matrix org.
- Fluent in English
- Advanced understanding of Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing
- University degree in business or equivalent
- Analytical Thinking / Problem Solving
- Strategic Acumen / Business Focus
