Manages a group of diverse technical hardware, software and networking specialists within a geographically defined region. Works closely with Customer Service Management to coordinate and conduct high quality installation, repair, modification and preventative maintenance of equipment and software. Promotes the development of strong cooperative relationships with local Sales and Customer Engineering organizations.
