The Services Client Executive (SCE) will play a vital role in accelerating the customer’s transformation to the third platform. The SCE will act as an advisor to the customer on business trends, IT industry, and priorities of the CIO/CTO – with a focus on the transformation agenda. The SCE will combine deep understanding of an individual account (such as Samsung), IT(Service,Products) capabilities, and industry expertise to help customers solve their IT and business challenges. They are a steward of the overall services account plan, including oversight of the strategy and services selling activities within the account, across Company products and services. They are empowered to look at investment on the account and have a strong perspective to influence the businesses on appropriate account investment priorities.
