• Responsible for over-seeing Manufacturing Operations, Research & Development, Business Development and Sales teams in Korea
• Responsible for the strategic direction in Korea of determining and meeting its short and medium term goals
- Company-wide facilitation including planning, production, staff and general administration of operations
- Oversee preparation of annual budgets and audit requirements
- Provide recommendations regarding effective utilization of long and short term debt,
including refinancing and purchasing/sales
- Direct and oversee the production activities to ensure the safety and compliance of the quality control standards at the office and the production site. Compliance to regulatory concerns, lease arrangements, and reporting requirements

• B.S in Engineering with a MBA qualification desired
• 20+ years of B.D, Technical and Operations experience in a Electronic/Chemical Materials company
• Strong operational and strategic knowledge
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• International travel (up to 25%)
• Preferred Working experience of MNC
