- Coordinate maintenance of local intranet to meet revised business requirements
- To help gathering information AS-IS, requirement for new menu in local intranet.
- Maintain user account & group
- Install and maintain office PCs and notebooks with standard corporate software image according to the corporate and regional guidelines and standards.
- Initial setting of PC, Micros Xstore and network infrastructure in opening shop
- To check and make sure Xstore data in uploaded into SAP
- Maintain data in IT inventory system for correct charging.
- Verify IT invoice and prepare data for accounting
- Resolve local IT problems on hardware and system software and refer them to IT Service desk if they are unsolved at local level.
- Support shop staffs to use hardware and software for business focus.
- Conduct data backup cycles for all servers according to corporate and corporate guidelines and standards.

- 외국계기업 IT 근무 경력 2년~3년 (사원급)
- PC, Printer, Network 기본 지식 및 trouble shooting 경험 필수
- 업무상 영어 가능자
