- Responsible for the development and performance of the online business working with other functions within the organization as well as external 3rd party agencies
- Collects and utilizes all necessary marketing information. Provides customers support and administration to increase company products presence with customers.
- Creates daily, weekly, monthly activity and productivity reports. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities
- Leads specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance through online channel
- Develop and organize growth opportunity of online business
- Implement sales and marketing strategies on online channel (Distribution, Promotion, Communication)
- Overseeing product offer and merchandising ensuring sales are maximized and content delivered effectively.
- Produce revenue, unit and gross profit with annual budget.
- Set KPI benchmarks from analytics and competitive analysis.
경력 및 자격요건
- Over 10 years of e-commerce sales experiences (부장급)
- Collaboration with internal teams, external partners, agencies
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Candidates must have experience with FMCG Industry in an MNC environment preferred
- Trade marketing experience preferred
- Committed manager who has proven track record of strong online market executions
- Strategic with solid consumer understanding and strong business skills who can create strategic direction for the online business
