- Responsible for Brand business development activities in Korea
- To identify suitable locations in terms of image and business results for Brand various concept shops
- To liaise with the existing and potential landlords of Brand shops as well as other related parties on business contracts
- To coordinate with internal functional departments for the opening of new shops
- To collect and analyze relevant market information through exploring local network
- To identify suitable franchising partners
- To share resource for projects in the local territory

- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in business related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in luxury brand business development, commercial retail estate agent, retail operation or shopping mall / department store management.
- Strong analysis skill and outstanding communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Self motivated and a team player
- Proficient spoken and written English
