- Scheduling of services and delivery times, the management of free services going beyond normal guarantee and the collection of operation data for statistics and reporting, and monitoring optimal work-enviromental conditions to staff as below daily operation
▶ Analyzing the customer’s requirements and the proposition of the diagnosis
▶ Managing the guarantee, deciding whether to invoice or to carry out the work free
of Charge
▶ Transfering the service to management for discount or request for free services
going beyond normal guarantee
▶ Creating a writen estimate with price and lead time
▶ Comparing the estimate with the pre-authorization
▶ Transfering the estimate to the customers
- Ability to analyze and recommend modification to operational work flows and procedures
- Maintain/implement quick and reliable means of interacting with customers
경력 및 자격요건
- 동종 분야 경험자 또는 유사 분야 경력 8년 이상
- 시계 경력자 우대
- 영어 가능자 필수
- 컴퓨터활용능력 중급이상
- 호감 있는 언어 구사력 및 원만한 대인 관계를 장점으로 가지고 있는 자
