- Sales budgeting & planning by categories
- Providing input for product order, product mix and assortment aligned with the regional and corporate distributor
- Regular market insight report for sales/market/competitors trend and feedback of products to influence the regional team on future strategies
- Developing and conducting product training by cooperating with the training team to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Developing action plans to achieve sales target and analyzing store performance
- Collaborating with VMD team to meet products display guidelines
- Closely working with Marketing Team to implement the brand strategies for cosmetics

- Over 5 year experience in cosmetics product marketing or relevant field(대리~과장급)
- Understanding cosmetic product range and market trend
- Fluent in English to communicate the regional and corporate team in UK
- Analytical skill and multi-tasking
- Commercial sense
