- Formulate strategic brand marketing plan and lead the team to implement tactics for retail and aesthetic business in alignment with brand equity and positioning for both local and regional markets
- Communicate with headquarter and design the marketing calendar for the year, covering brand management, product launch, advertisement and promotion, CRM and digital marketing, marketing collaterals, visual merchandise and PR campaign, in alignment with brand guidelines and corporate standard
- Actively lead, build and manage the Corporate Communications team including graphics designers, corporate communications specialists, media specialists and copy writers to produce high quality publications and materials on time and within budget
- Be the driving force in the development of the work ethic, culture and values of the Corporate Communications group. Through personal example, establish the style and approach which meets overall company values and expectations.
