- Coordinate with regional/global team members as well as offshore vendor partners in order to achieve project objectives while following project management disciplines.
- Oversee a portfolio of diverse technical projects and will need to communicate with business sponsors directly
- Standardize the execution of projects, providing guidance on the practice and application of project management, and ensuring the successful execution of projects and programs
경력 및 자격요건
- Computer science 관련 전공 / PMP Certification or Six sigma 관련 석사 전공자 우대
- 6 to 9 years of experience in design, development, release management and deployment of software solutions to the public sector. Prior experience in working in regional, global teams preferred.
- Knowledge of Technology related business processes desirable.
- Flexibility and demonstrates Leadership at the Supervisor level
- Experience of regional/global project lead or membership in partnership with regional sourcing personnel, resources and implements regional and global technology initiatives locally including risk management.
- Communication Skill of articulating and visualizing Strategy and Presenting in front of high level stakeholders.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in fluent Korean and English.
