* Corporate income tax & Tax planning ž
- Understand significant CIT laws and provide thorough support in major countries
ž- Analyze and identify tax issues with overseas subsidiaries
ž- Recommend tax saving structure or minimizing effective tax rate

* Tax risk management ž
- Meet tax compliance, plan for tax risk management and future compliance
ž- Actively participate in foreign tax minimization efforts and related risks
ž- Effectively manage internal controls over the international tax functions

* Tax audit defense
- Provide support in audit defense and plan for defense strategies
ž- Recommend ways to resolve issues brought up during the audit

- Certified public accountant (AICPA, KICPA)
- High level of competency with financial analysis
- Ability to relate financial information to non-financial managers
- Planning and organizational skills
- Experience in cross-border transactions
- 5~7 years of Big 4 experience in international tax
- International communication & time zones (Fluent in English Spoken & Reading)
