Overall job duties
• Site visits and customer visits. Present the company in professional manner as face of the company.
• Trouble shoot promptly when issues arise while providing exceptional customer service.
• Work with other members of our team (in US & Korea) to find resolutions

Knowledge & Skills
• Computer literate especially with engineering programs
• Good technical writing and ability to present technical information in person/verbal/written form
• Ability to embrace different cultural business environment
• Bilingual (English and Korean) preferred
• 4 year degree B.A./B.S.( Electrical Engineer)
• Motivated to learn and gain experience
• Team player, Self-starter, Good listener, Problem solver
• Able to travel 45%
• Working Hours : M-F 8am – 5pm
