• Technical supported to SWAS(Steam and Water Analysis System) and Analytical Instruments
• Provide pre- and post- sales technical support to potential and existing customers
• Tracks, maintains and pro-actively pursues initiatives to reduce in-warranty claims and help to reduce PPM failure rates.
• Timely resolution of product related problems.
경력 및 자격요건
• B.S in Electrical or Chemical Engineering
• 3 ~5 years experience in handling analytical instrumentation
• Strong interpersonal skills to interface with customers, channel partners and co-work
• Good in English
