- Ensure design meets Burberry brand identity, guidelines set by Architecture team, and corporate & regional business strategies
- Collaborating with business and country managers on store projects forecast and briefings
- Align and inspire team members to produce effective design solutions that are consistent regionally and globally.
- Managing the design execution process by collaborating with internal business divisions (Retail, VM, IT, APP, SNS) to derive a working plan/briefing, and sign off
- Create preliminary sketches and options to use for discussions
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings necessary for sign off and tender to communicate with country managers, retail partners and landlords
- Working closely with internal Construction team for initial pricing and reviewing timelines and construction punch lists

- Degree level qualification in Architecture and Interior design
- Over 10 years professional experience in this field(차장급)
- Proven retail design experience preferably some time with another luxury brand
- Strong technical skills, able to demonstrate an understanding of construction techniques, furniture detailing, understanding of mechanical systems and lighting.
- High level of computer literacy with knowledge of AutoCAD design software, Microsoft office, Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent spoken and written English, native Korean
- Mobility to travel domestically and overseas
- Proactive and managerial experience to lead a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining calm demeanor
