- ·The incumbent interacts with all other functions supporting the overall manufacturing operation in meeting the Divisional Business Plan
- The incumbent directs the activities of the Quality Control Department to ensure implementation of the JM quality systems at all staff levels. This includes assistance with education and training programmes for company personnel to meet these goals. Internal quality audits are used for checking compliance and monitoring progress.
- To ensure effective transfer of catalyst technology to client India from technology departments abroad.
- To ensure that laboratory analytical equipment are in working order and there is effective preventive maintenance program to avoid operational failure
- Maintain contact with senior executives of customers, vendors and provides technical support as required
- Expected to make recommendations in the annual review of salaries for personnel reporting to the incumbent.
- Ensures that the company meets all JM Group and Statutory EHS requirements.
경력 및 자격요건
Tertiary qualification in Chemistry or Engineering with support from training in the quality control discipline and preferably, at least 5 years of quality experience required and work experience in Phillips, Perkin Elmer or Auto companies preferred.
A good working knowledge of personal computer applications, Microsoft Office and Lab analytical equipment is considered to be a requirement for this position
