* To manage and build LED package customers relationships and deliver sales target, identifies business opportunities
* To develop and execute account plan, strategy to achieve business. Propose promotion plan for dedicated customer sales growth.
* To negotiate and close business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions
* To identify and develop the potential new business areas from LED supply chain.
* To collect market and competition information from customer side to ensure sales share in each responsible customer.

Minimum 3 years relevant experience in RD/PD/PM/ Sales within LED/LCD industry, LED chip manufacture working experience is a plus
