- Develop innovative learning curriculums
- Design and operate both business training and product seminar
- Develop the evaulation process and report for the effectiveness of training programs
- Actively take part in various Global training projects (reporting / organizing the project process)
경력 및 자격요건
- University degree or above
- Over 4 ~ 7 years of training and education related experience
- Proficient in MS (PPT, Excel) Especially excellent in using PPT
- Good Command of both spoken and written English
- Good interpersonal relationship and communication skill
