- Entrance/Exit Process Coordination/Communication with external and internal stakeholders
- Employment Contract Preparation/Issuing/Administration, timely manner under Korean Labor Law
(at present not covered for whole Retail operations, which is not proper under Korean
Labor Law)
- HR Communication/Announcements on New Joining/Transfer/Promotion etc.
- Organization Chart Management/Transactional work
- Company/HR/Employee Event Organization for Induction, Kick-offs etc.
- Other HR Dpt. Admin

- Over 4 years of experience in HRM or Payroll
- Detail and process oriented
- Good level in English speaking and writing
- Likely to be professionallly qualified
