경력 및 자격요건
- Over 12 years of experience in HRM & HRD
(FMCG, Fashio, Luxury industries preferred)
- Proficient level in English speaking and writing
- Insight on overall HR fields and Korean labor law as HR Business Parter
- Coaching skillsl that can handle various counterparts internally & externally
