- Hiring for open positions in store for all levels with required capabilities to treat customer emotion
- Hiring and Training store people for new store opening
- Develop & Delivery on structured Training Programs for Retail sales competency
improvement like Selling Skills, Customer Relations Management and Service mindset, etc...
- Review and Ensure store people working schedule align with labor law and operation needs of department stores and flagship.
- Coaching for Store managers on people issues
- Facilitating on-boarding, transfer and promotion, including employment contracts
communication and exit interviews
- Timely manner and trasparent communication with store people on HR initatives and
guideline for enhance productivities
경력 및 자격요건
- Over 10 years of experience in HRM & HRD(차장급)
(FMCG, Fashion, Retail, luxury industries preferred)
- Proficient level in English speaking and writing
- Insight on overall HR fields and store people
- Excellent people skill that can handle various counterparts internally & externally
