• Ensure PFD, PFMEA, Control Plans prepared and followed up
• Ensure PPAP followed up and review PPAP
• Ensure Capability Studies followed up
• Ensure Measurement System Analysis followed up
• Ensure Run @ Rate activities followed up as required
• Ensure GP-12 Activities followed up as required
• Supervise DBS Engineer’s job
• Supervise DBS Engineer’s job – DCS SH plant DBS MR
• Ensure Quality System followed up
• Ensure Environmental, Health and Safety System followed up
• Ensure Internal System Audit followed up
• Ensure Process Audit followed up
• Ensure Corrective / Preventive Action followed up
• Ensure Improvement Plan followed up
• Supervise Customer Satisfaction Activities
• Ensure Customer Quality Concerns (PRR, WIR) and VOC registered
• Ensure Containment Action followed up
• Ensure Root cause Analysis and Actions followed up
• Ensure Responsiveness satisfying customers
• Supervise CSE, if available
• Provide Customer/Supplier Liaison if required
• Supervise Quality Report
• Ensure Quality Data collected such as Customer PPM, FTQ, COQ Report
• Ensure Data Analysis and Actions implementation traced
• Lean activities
• Ensure Qualify related Metrics Weekly & Monthly Report identified and followed up
• Supervise Process Quality Engineer
• Authorized to shut down production activities against any abnormal process control
• Coaching subordinates to follow the Company EHS policies
• Prevent waste materials, stationery, water, and electricity and protect nature
• Be representative of EMS system
• Implementing and supervise the EMS policy
• Supervising establish and maintenance the EMS system

• University Graduate.
• Strong engineering knowledge, be familiar with ISO 9000/QS9000 /TS16949 quality system, having quality management and teamwork leading ability
• More than 10 years relevant experience
• Good English ability, have knowledge and experience of APQP, FMEA, MSA and SPC, etc.
• Experience with Auto component, molding & assembly plant is preferred
