The senior financial analyst will develop, analyse and implement business, operational and financial reporting in line with Global Services (GS) objectives. The role will provide operational and financial support to country GPS Delivery Lead and work closely with Project Delivery covering project accounting, utilisation management, project/contract profitability and GS related initiatives. Other responsibilities will involve coordination and review of month and quarter end close activities with matriced teams (APJ, Project Delivery, GSL, Customer Services and Sales Operations), business analysis and management reporting, with involvement in internal/external audit. SAP Propel release 2 has gone live in 2014 and responsibilities may be re-aligned to strategic priorities within GS. This position will report to Business Operations Manager, Korea & matrix to Senior Business Operations Manager, APJ.

Bachelor Degree in Business or Accounting with 5+ Years of relevant experience & performing a similar role at present. Professional qualification ie. CA or CPA preferred o Business Acumen o Strong accounting background with analytical experience o Budgeting and forecasting experience o Problem solving skills o Ability to think laterally o Direct and cross functional teamwork o Superior communication and presentation skills o Ability to build strong rapport and credibility with cross functional areas o Analytical / Business analysis skills
