- Analyze AS-IS process and drive TO-BE process, through gap analysis
- Manage project planning & Implementation, from beginning to end.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools or templates.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor’s degree and above in IT background
- 7 years + IT experience
- Excellent project management skill, with established methodology
- Understanding and experience of ITIL & ITSM
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including central IT, customers, and other departments.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
