• Improve the Manufacturing performance in terms of Quality and Productivity
- Implement and optimise Production and Quality reports related to Manufacturing activity
- Creating the quality system and tools to support production: Control Plans, Internal specifications, control limits and OCAP
− Work closely with the team on Yield and Quality improvement programs
• Participating in projects related to Global Quality function
− NPI: provide QC tests and technical report for New Product Integration Milestones
− Customer Quality: Investigate root causes related to Customer complain and drive corrective actions
- External Tests: Develop relationships with local Partners and Test Labs for outsourced tests

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemistry or Material Science
• 7+years of experience in Manufacturing preferred, currently operating at manager level
• Fluent English communication skills
• Foreign company experience
