- Customer interface on 0km and field quality related issues
- Driving the analysis and explaining findings and/or corrective actions to customer
- Participating in customer audits of the company’s quality systems and processes
- Acquiring PPAP/ISIR approvals from customer

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Production Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience preferably obtained in Automotive industries
- Good English communication capability in writing and speaking
- Proficient in standard office software; MS word, Excel and PowerPoint
- No limitation on overseas travel
