-Understand and maintain the VMD standards, plan and execute in-store merchandising at retail
-Communicate and lead 3rd party agencies to execute VMD at retail accordingly
-Create, provide the seasonal guide and train the 3rd party agencies and the sales staffs
-Plan and manage the opening of the new and renovated doors
-Work closely with Retail Marketing team for the launch of seasonal retail marketing

-3 to 8 years of VMD experience in fashion industry preferred.
-Product display focused experience a plus.
-Excellent interpersonal skill supporting a team environment
-Excellent time management / project skills
-Good Presentation and communication skills
-Fluent in English (both written and verbal) preferred
